About the event
At Battle Creek Coalition for Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation (BCTRHT), we know that strong, well-supported boards are essential to building resilient organizations and communities. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Rebecca O. Johnson Consulting via RoadMap to host this two-day, hands-on workshop focused on Board of Director Roles, Responsibilities, and Fundraising Skills.
This training is specifically designed for Executive Directors, Board Members, and key volunteers from our local partner organizations. Together, we’ll unpack the legal duties of nonprofit boards, explore how those responsibilities show up in everyday leadership, and build out the fundraising strategies and systems needed for long-term sustainability.
You’ll leave with:
A working draft of a 3-year fund development plan
A 12-month fundraising calendar tailored to your organization
Tools to align your board, data, communications, and fundraising efforts
