Vendor Qualifications
Qualified vendors should demonstrate:
Experience in graphic design and creative content development across formats and media
Understanding of branding, accessibility considerations, and design for social impact
Commitment to equity and inclusion in design approach
Proposal Submission Requirements
Interested vendors should submit:
Cover Letter: Highlight of your experiences, values, and how your approach to design aligns with BCTRHT’s mission
Professional Portfolio: Work examples relevant to the requested services
Pricing Proposal: A clear breakdown of hourly rates or fixed project fees, revision limits, and turnaround expectations

We are seeking proposals from professionals not only skilled in visual communications but who share our deep commitment to advancing racial equity within our community.
