About the Role

Reports and Research Documents – Visually engaging design and layouts that make data and insights easily digestible
Event Materials – Flyers, programs, brochures, and multi-page pamphlets.
Infographics – Simplifying complex data into visual narratives
Social Media Graphics – Static images and digital assets for online campaigns

Requirements

Vendor Qualifications

Qualified vendors should demonstrate:

  • Experience in graphic design and creative content development across formats and media

  • Understanding of branding, accessibility considerations, and design for social impact

  • Commitment to equity and inclusion in design approach


Proposal Submission Requirements

Interested vendors should submit:

  • Cover Letter: Highlight of your experiences, values, and how your approach to design aligns with BCTRHT’s mission

  • Professional Portfolio:  Work examples relevant to the requested services

  • Pricing Proposal: A clear breakdown of hourly rates or fixed project fees, revision limits, and turnaround expectations

  • References: Contact information for at least two professional references

Proposals should be submitted in PDF format via email to tha@bctrht.org by May 28, 2025.


Timeline

RFP Issued: May 7, 2025

Proposal Submission Deadline: May 28, 2025, by 5:00 PM EST

Review of Proposals: June 1–15, 2025

Vendor Notification: June 18, 2025

Project Start Date: June 25, 2025

We are seeking proposals from professionals not only skilled in visual communications but who share our deep commitment to advancing racial equity within our community.
